Swimming fast isn’t just about training hard — it’s about executing on race day. This clinic simulates a real meet so swimmers learn how to warm up, prepare, and race under competition-like pressure.

Too many swimmers train well but fall short on race day because they don’t know how to prepare. On Day 2, we’ll cover:

✅ How to mentally prepare to “get up and perform.”
✅ Race execution: starts, pace, breathing control, and finish.
✅ Recovery strategies between races to maximize performance.
