π Race Strategy Clinic β November 22β23! π
When it comes to racing, training hard isnβt always enough. Too many swimmers finish their races saying, βI went out too fastβ or βI had nothing left at the end.β The difference between a good swim and a breakthrough swim often comes down to race strategy.
At Catching Water, we believe in teaching swimmers not just how to train β but how to race. This clinic is designed to give athletes the tools to pace, execute, and finish races with confidence, no matter the distance.
