At Catching Water, we believe swimmers should finish the year feeling motivated, confident, and excited about what comes next. That’s why we created this special two-day training camp β€” to give swimmers a taste of how high-performance athletes train, think, and prepare.

This is not a regular clinic.
This is dryland + technique + speed + college-style training, taught by athletes who lived it at the highest level.


πŸ† Train With Olympians & an African Champion

This camp is led by:

  • Santiago Grassi β€” Two-Time Olympian (Argentina)

  • Julie Meynen β€” Two-Time Olympian (Luxembourg)

  • Josh Dannhauser β€” African Games Champion

All three trained at Auburn University, one of the most competitive swimming programs in the NCAA. They bring not only elite expertise, but the mindset, energy, and structure that young swimmers can learn from and be inspired by.

β€’ 10 & Under: able to swim multiple 25s & 50s nonstop
β€’ 11 & Over: able to swim multiple 50s & 100s nonstop

Learn how elite athletes move, think, and prepare for fast swimming.

Day 1 blends dryland and water time to teach swimmers the physical foundations of performance:

  • Proper warm-up, mobility & activation routines

  • Bodyline, alignment, and posture for speed

  • Rhythm, timing, and kick connection

  • Power-driven technique work

  • Controlled speed efforts with high-quality strokes

This session is all about training smarter, not just harder β€” helping swimmers understand why technique matters at every level.

Fast, fun, challenging β€” a session swimmers will never forget.

Day 2 recreates a competitive college-style training environment in a safe, structured way:

  • Dynamic warm-up used by Olympians

  • High-intensity sets designed to push swimmers

  • Team-style challenges and fast intervals

  • Race-pace efforts with technique focus

  • Two training groups: 10 & Under and 11 & Over

The goal of this session is to help swimmers:

  • Build confidence

  • Learn how to push with control

  • Feel what real race tempo is like

  • Leave inspired and excited for the season ahead
